Good quality for a great value
Just put this fluid in my 106k ZF 6 speed box from a 2009 335i. Seems to shift just fine with almost 1k miles on the fluid. A bit difficult to get first gear with very cold temperatures until the transmission comes up to temperature. But I think that's just par for the course as these transmissions age.

Seems to be working smoothly so far, some people seem against using anything other that the OEM BMW fluid for their 6MT trannies, but as far as I’m concerned this stuff is just as good as OEM if not better. This fluid meets all OEM specifications and Liqui Moly is a well known company when it comes to high quality lubricants. Would recommend for the M3 manual transmission, will save yah a few $$$ too.

Worth changing! BMW claims this is a lifetime fluid. I had trouble getting into first gear on occasion. After 150K (and allegedly a previous MTF swap, but likely with the wrong fluid) I changed it. Came out a very light brown, and after 2k miles, the transmission feels great! Get a pump however. This container includes a "straw" but unless the transmission is removed from the vehicle, it is quite useless.

I left a separate review that I thought was for the atf that I also purchased. I would like to clarify that I did not put mtf in my power steering. the mtf went into my manual transmission, and it did a great job there

comes with a great straw for easy filling. used in my 2003 530i for power steering

This stuff is amazing I also use the motor oil and it keeps my BMW running really smooth.
