I realize the question has been asked but is it OK to mix this with the RED Dextron VI that appear to have been in the Transmission on my 2007 X3? After driving in stop and go traffic with 95 degree outside temp, after a fluid change with your service kit, I got a transmission warning light and error code 56BD clutch gear 2 and 6 neutral test and the car went into limp mode for a short time. This had never happened before. Car has 82,000 miles on it. After fault reset it is no longer there but we are driving cross country in this car in a month, hence the concern. Thanks

Yes, it's ok to mix the fluid and it should not cause any issues. I'm thinking the only reason why the transmission went into limp mode was because of the high operating temp.
