Every three oil changes I do a double change. 1. run flush first, then drain and fill. 2. Drive for one week, then do final change to get rid of all remnants of engine flush. Car is spotless internally and runs smooth as butter. 147K miles.

Can't really tell if it made a difference or not. Seemed like a good idea and a smart use of a few dollars before an oil change.

I used to think this stuff was a gimmick and just used a couple ounces of ATF before an oil change but I was wrong. I use this every 4-5 oil changes for safe measure? All I know is that the used oil is getting cleaner as the services continue.

It's very strong very good you see the difference on oil change if your car is new by all mean use synthetic oil dont use this so often maybe once every 60or 80 k because it's very strong

Since I have a "new" BMW, and wanted to switch from BMW oil to Liqui Moly oil, it didn't seem like a bad idea to try this engine flush. My car had less than 53,xxx miles on it when I used this product. Whether or not there was an improvement in performance (not that I was looking for one), I can say that the engine does feel like its running smoother than before the flush. Not to mention the satisfaction of knowing my engine has been "cleaned." You can't beat the price either.
