Used it before oil change after I bought used e70 diesel. Got some nasty stuff out after engine flush with liquimoly. Will do it again before next oil change

Engine Flush are now going the way of the dinosaurs. With the new ILSAC-GF6 oil standards there are now more standards with detergents and anti-carbon additives in the engine oil; that it is now making less sense to buy an engine flush. The only reason to buy this is to deal with a engine that you know has not been taken care of and you're not up for dealing with working on the engine.

I have bought this engine flush and I believe it works how it should be

Had to get a new motor for my p80, it was pretty sludgy but this stuff cleaned it right out. I did have a new rear main put in as part of the clutch job, so I had higher confidence that it wouldn't cause any leaks. Those of you with old motors may want to be careful about removing too much accumulated gunk/sealant, haha. Maybe just a few short oil change intervals using a synthetic with lots of detergent (like Mobil1)
