Noticed immediately better shifts after changing to this 2000 323i 5 speed 160k

Slightly lighter than the factory 75w90 for my 020 manual tranny, but helps with cold starts and makes shifting smoother.

Replaced the tail shaft seal in my O1E transmission and refilled with this. I thought the 1st/2nd syncros were shot and surprisingly she's shifting perfectly again.

Took slightly less than 2 liters for the gs6-53bz. After nearly 200k miles the original fluid was burnt. After changing the fluid I noticed less flywheel and clutch chatter along with slightly better gear engagement.

Run it in my 01e 6 speed and she shifts great.

Used this oil for manual transmission and the rear differential and so far everything feel smooth.

Recently purchased an 05 S40 non-turbo 5 speed. 114k miles. Fun car. (Reminds me of our Milano from years ago.) So, changing all the filters/fluids/timing belt etc. Like "Engineer" said earlier, the original trans fluid came out very dark. Don't know if it's just my mind playing tricks since changing the lube, but it feels like it shifts easier. Doesn't matter - it has fresh lube now and I feel a lot better. Thx to FCP for offering a choice of lube brands for these transmissions.

Used this to update the Trans. Fluid in E46 M3. Manual shifts smooth, no noise. Also replaced both plugs (Part # 23117527440) Thanks FCP! Can we get a West Coast dist. center? ;)

2002 325i 5MT. Gave this a try as opposed to the expensive Pentosin fluid. Seems just as good as any I have tried.
