Is this a part that I as an amateur could install on my car or should I have a certified mechanic install it? Also about how long does the labour take to do the change out?

This is a DIY friendly repair. I would recommend budgeting 2-3 hours to replace it yourself.

There is no version of this part from the OE manufacturer that does not contain composite arms

You would be reusing all bolts from your existing manifold
