Was pretty loud initially, luckily it got better with time. I definitely recommend getting the kit with the filter and the resistor.

So, before ordering, I didn't know who made the OEM blower motor in my 08' E63. Well, it is Behr! When I looked at the part, the MB star logo was scratched off.. but when I took out my defective blower in my car.. the part numbers matched up perfectly.. the only difference was the MB logo. Totally glad I bought Behr! Will be buying more Behr parts in the future as that is what came with the car! YAY! My guess was a wise one. Thanks!! OH.. of course it fit and worked perfectly.. No More Noisy Blower motor!!

This fan blower is made in Germany by Behr (which Mercedes buys their E class blowers from). It has the same Mercedes 211 part number and all markings as the factory part and you can even see where Behr removed the MB star molded into the part in order to sell it aftermarket. Exact part that you would find at the dealer, fraction of the price.
