Part number BEH-376732001 is a new, unused Behr engine cooling fan clutch. A slipping fan clutch can sometimes be the cause of an unresolved overheating issue. The fan clutch engages the belt driven engine fan when the engine is warm/hot and disengage when cool. This is a common failure point on some brands (car) and will cause the fan to not spin fast enough or in some cases not at all which can cause overheating in heavy traffic or city driving. In extreme cases failure occurs when the fan clutch explodes damaging the radiator, fan blade, fan shroud, and other surrounding parts of your cooling system.
