Some of the blots are hard to reach but a pair of vice grips and a torx fitting did the job

The kit arrived early, glad to have new screws because old one looked in bad shape. Oil leaks from the valve and all caps has stopped.

I had a small oil leak at the back of my engine and I would smell burning oil at times. Cams Caps were leaking, ordered Crankcase kit and replaced all parts in about one hour. No oil smell are leak noted after one month. Work Great!

Had a slow oil drip from under my 2007 S550, especially after interstate trips. Researching online, I read that these plugs and/or the vent mechanism were the likely culprit. My vent mechanism looked dry but I replaced it anyway. All three camshaft plugs on my car were wet and a mess....so they were weeping for sure. Replaced them in minutes and it cured the issue. Never had another drip even after a 2,000 mile trip. The old ones pry out with a flat blade screwdriver. Be careful installing the new ones as they do fit more snugly, and the teeth around the edge can get bent outwards as you try to install it. You can't see back there but you can reach them easily, so just take your time. Cold engine, for sure.
