After some hard driving and about 1K miles, the conductor plate is still functioning like new. My Benzo shifts as easily as it did the first day. No matter if it's in Automatic or Manual shift mode, it feels smooth and no leaking either.

Transmission Conductor Plate Kit
Worked well and gear changes are smoother. I did a full transmission fluid flush rather than just replace 5L of fluid.
