Used this in my 2000 E320 and after a couple of days of driving, noticed that I stopped getting oil spots on my driveway after parking in a new spot.

Can reduce oil consumption and smoke if you do it early enough
Became the new owner of an ALPINA B7 with the N63 motor. Luckly I got the car early enough to reverse the neglect from prior owners. Car has 100k when I got it and would smoke lightly if idle for to long. I was running 5w30 Castrol and would be down half a quart after driving 300 miles. Switched to Liquid Moly 5w40 and added a can and a half of Oil Saver then drove the same trip 300 miles and when I returned home oil level was still at full and by the time I was about half way through the trip the light smoke I would get from idle disappeared. Now I've been driving it on short runs and no smoke has been seen so far when prior if I took it on quick runs that don't allow the engine to get warm I'd see smoke at start up after stopping for a short drive.
Keep in mind I think if you get to the point where your smoking quite a bit and your valve seals are to far gone this will probably only reduce but not completely stop the smoke. I am prepared to get the seals done when they're really beyond saving but for now this has helped along with changing to Liquid Moly molygen vs Castrol I was using prior. From now on I'm sticking to Liquid Moly for my oil on the B7.

I prefer using this as opposed to any high-mileage oil out there in the market. You can trust LM and FCP to only provide quality additives that work. Having said that; I didn’t have any leaks, however, this should help with various issues that you may be experiencing, like oil consumption & dried up valve stem seals.

If you have leaking valve stems (burning oil most noticeable if you idle for awhile) give it a try! This helped greatly with my e60 550

Motor Oil Saver (300ml Can) - Liqui Moly LM2020
Oil consumption issues with any car may be addressed by using this product. Used this product with Honda K24 with as well as Lexus 3GRFSE motors and oil consumption reduced considerably. I have also emailed LM Germany and they recommended the product. It works like a charm !
Thanks FCP EURO for offering this product.

Audi 3.0 TDI 140,000 miles
I was developing a rear main seal leak, it accounted for about 1/2 a quart to 1 quart per 7,000 miles.. which isnt bad but its an engine out job to replace this little seal; It took a few oil changes but the oil leak stopped! I alternate between ceratec and motor oil saver every oil change, and i have to say I am impressed. I was a little skeptical, but i figured this wasn't going to be a one time set-it-n-forget-it.. i gave it a few oil changes ( i think it took me about 3 ) and it slowly worked chipped away at the leak. So, if i was you guys, just go into this knowing you're going to have to be patient and buy a few bottles, take advantage of the lifetime warranty and use the savings on buying this and ceratec.
