No, this additive is specifically intended for gasoline engines. It will not work and is not formulated for use in diesel engines.

I recently purchased a used 2012 Mini Countryman S N18 engine. Previous owner admitted using only 87 octane gas from Arco which is a top tier gas, however, on the fuel cap it says minimum 89 AKI. Would this product be effective enough along with 91 premium gas or do I need a combination using the following: Fuel system cleaner, Jectron, or Speed Tec?

The best thing you can do is use the recommended fuel grade. 89 is the minimum but 91 is optimal. This fuel system cleaner will help clean out the entire fuel system. This product is used as a maintenance item primarily.

Jectron Fuel Injection Cleaner (LM2007) is designed to clean fuel injectors specifically. Fuel System Cleaner (LM2030) is designed to clean the entire fuel system. If you are looking for one product to do it all, we recommend LM2030.

There is nothing you can physically send back for a warranty exchange. This is a consumable item and is not eligible for a warranty return as it can't be physically returned. This is outlined in our warranty policy (see #5): https://www.fcpeuro.com/page/lifetime-guarantee
