Good for replacement fluid over the $40 dealer VW branded fluid. Proper fluid for longevity of the power steering system.

The power steering fluid is an EASY item to change. Just have a the proper tools and in 10 minutes your done.

I ordered the CHF 11S for my 2011 BMW 328i Xdrive coupe and it shipped and came quickly. I swapped out my old power steering fluid and put in the new CHF 11S and my steering has improved drastically. What can you say? Clean fresh fluid for your once-in-a-lifetime PS system flush. This stuff isn't cheap; buy a new reservoir too, since it has a built-in filter.

Fluid is green instead of normal red and seems a little more fluid ( less dense than Mercedes RED), but I was getting a slight bit whining from the pump and read several places that Pentosin was better for the pump, I did a reservoir replacement and refill, ran it for about 15 minutes moving the steering wheel from end to end, and then emptied and refilled it. It seem that its gone away, and it also seems to move better (lighter on the steering wheel), ill have to drive it for a few days to see. ML63

This was enough fluid to fill the reservoir 3 times, so you'll get 2 'flushes' out of it. My old fluid was dark brown, so I was way overdue for a change. Steering now feels a lot tighter! Nearly half the price my local parts store is asking for it, so that's a nice bonus too.

Recently when I turned my wheels I heard a slight hum. That was my hint to change the power steering fluid. This stuff took care of that and my steering feels more responsive now. Great for a diy job.
