No issues with differentials, but the car drives much quieter now. Buy this oil for the front and rear differentials. Replace regularly since it's pretty cheap.

nice container with handy spout buit in
no need for a special pump with the handy spout within this container...this gear oil is GL4-5 rated so it is appropriate for my '09 CLK550.

BMW claims the gear oil is lifetime but after 12 years I felt it was cheap insurance to change it. Differential is quiet and smooth.

Changed the gear oil in my 2001 S62 swapped E38 with this, works great. Fresh oil = happy gears!
