Yes it is compatible. Total fill is about 1.6 liters. Please note the differential on your BMW does not have a drain plug. In order to remove the fluid from the differential you will either need to siphon it out through the fill plug or remove the cover and reseal.

Yes you can use this fluid in the differential. Capacity is between one and two liters so you will need two bottles. It is highly recommended that both the fill and drain plugs be replaced as they have a non serviceable viton seal. We offer a kit with the fluid and the plugs which can be found searching p/n 33117525064KT8.

If you are looking for differential fluid it doesn't matter what transmission the vehicle has. The differential will use the same fluid. In this case, yes, it will work for your BMW. Fill is approximately 1.7 liters. Please note your differential does not have a drain plug so the fluid will either need to be siphoned out if the differential or the cover will need to be removed to drain the existing fluid.
