Hey, it's the shizizzle! In reality, it's a small thing:
put just a very small amount around the base of the sparkplug's
ceramic insulator post (on the outside, not near the sparking part)
and nowhere else on the plug. This lowers the potential for high voltage
from the coil to arc along outside the plug on dirt on the insulator, bypassing firing
the plug. This or similar is often used on electrical connections for similar reasons,
and possibly to prevent corrosion.
It was cheap, recommended, and appears to be doing the job so far.
It's not essential, but if you use a small amount as directed, it doesn't hurt.

Purchased this along with NGK spark plugs and Bosch ignition coils for a DIY replacement project. As far as I know, I did not receive this item, so I was not able to use it, and therefore cannot give an honest review, hence the 3 stars.

A nice little squirt inside in the high tension side of your coil works wonders.
Used this when i was doing my plugs an coils on my E60. Just squirted a tiny but down the center of each coil pack before attaching pushing on top of plug.
