Phenomenal Results!!
I have purchased 2 bottles and planned to add to a recent oil change on my 2009 C63 AMG with 95k. I have always had reservations about adding additives to engine oils. After the engine has reached full operation temperature in my case 195 degrees I added a single 300ml can to the crankcase. Started the vehicle back up and let it idle for another 5 minutes then took it out for a 20 drive. Upon returning to the house I did notice that a slight tappet tick was now gone. The vehicle sat for 2 more days and upon start up the noise was no longer present. being very pleased with the results I added the second can to my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited which after 115k was running a little rough. I repeated the process and was astonished, after the drive I there was a remarkable improvement in idle smoothness and engine noise. Can recommend enough I have placed an order for my 2016 X5 Xdrive 40e and 2012 BMW 650i Coupe .

Smoothed out the idle
It helped the idle feel smooth and quiet, however I cant speak on performance, as MPG remained almost the same with a minimal increase <1 MPG difference. Overall I'm satisfied.

CERA TEC Engine Oil Additive (300ml Can)
Heard nothing but good things. Haven't tried it yet. Will update once I change the oil.

Valves Were Knocking On Low Oil
Absolutely improved idle performance of my $160K motor. It took several weeks to have its full effect, and it's a night & day difference.

About 500 miles in
Definitely quieted down my 170,000 mile, 8 owner engine. Haven't noticed too much improvement otherwise, but time will tell.

Ceratec is working for me
This is my second time using Ceratec in my 2011 Mercedes E350 Bluetec (it’s a Diesel). The first application I did was about 28,000 miles ago. On my last oil change, I added it again and after 1,000 miles, I can already hear the difference on how much smoother the engine sounds on the highway. I drive over 600 miles a week of mostly highway. For anyone familiar with the OM642 engine... it’s not exactly the quietest diesel out there. The first few hundred miles the engine sounded about the same as any other oil change. I started to notice a difference a week later or after about 600+ miles. That week... the engine was a little quieter on the highway and my mpg was better too... but I think the mpg was due more to cleaning the DPF and intake with foam/spray cleaners than the oil additive. Either way, I’m satisfied with the results. The engine has 152,000 miles on it so far... curious if I can get it to 300, 400 or even 500 thousand miles. Only time and preventative maintenance can tell...

Impressive
I am an old, reasonably accomplished mechanic, and would never recommend these treatments. Took FCP's Advice and did step one along with a full synthetic oil change in a 2002 V70 X/C that I acquired. I could swear that the car runs smoother and quieter! I am going on to Step 2 additives and starting Step 1 in the wife's Hyundai Sonata. Recommended and will buy again at recommended intervals!

10%!!!
I have used the same oil treatment for nearly 30 years...I saw almost a 10% improvement in mileage immediately and my 2010 Volvo S40R runs quieter after using the CeraTec.
