replaced the old cowl that was literally falling apart and had tons of debris underneath. Makes the car look much better and the cowl can serve it's intended function again. Be careful during installation, I had to pop a plastic rivet(?) back out to make an adjustment and the plastic retainer holding it onto the cowl snapped right off and I thought I was being careful! So make sure all adjustments are made before popping it in. My only complaint (not FCP's fault here) is for an OEM part, the plastic is very cheap and flimsy especially for $80! Maybe for $40 it'd be good, but unfortunately bmw's margin increasing measures have taken a toll on their parts quality big time

Fits like it should. Easy install.

Genuine BMW part. Perfect fit. The seal had 2 creased places which formed out of it after 1 day of installation.

This product fit perfectly, included new plastic grommets. First cowl I received was cracked at the passenger wiper hole. I emailed service, and they asked me to send in some photos of the part and box, and FCP had a replacement at my house within days. Cowl did not include rubber strip that fits between cowl and fresh air intake.

Fit my 2000 E46 323i sport wagon perfectly.

The windshield cowl came quicker than expected and was good quality. The price was the best out of any online store as well. I have no complaints.
