Remember, the cowl comes with 7 new cowl clips. I did the mistake of buying extra ones. When you pull out the cowl, the white cowl clips are left behind. Use pliers to yank those white clips out. Press the new cowl firmly until you hear a click.

The cowl fit perfect and had no issue replacing it. I highly recommend replacing the cowl on your own as it is very easy to do and you can also find YouTube videos on how to do it. FCP provided the right part and it worked like a champ. My 2005 looks great. I had images, but don't see on FPC Euro site where I can upload them. Thank you.

Fit great easy installation

This is the second one I've had to replace in ten years and the fit was perfect. Aside from needing a new wiper arm locking nut, the installation was not that difficult and will hopefully last another ten years.

Mine was cracked and leaves and dirt all get in and it looks so bad this fit exactly perfect took 15 min to install and now it looks so nice highly recommend spending the few bucks on this if yours is cracked.

Replace the original cowl because it was old and cracking. This one fits and looks great - and only took a few minutes to install. Much needed for most E46s out there!

I know probably 85% of E46s need to have their windshield cowl replaced. It's worth every penny as it has a huge impact on how old your car looks. You don't really notice it, until you notice it. Fitment is perfect as it's genuine. Super easy to install.

After 20 years (? Mine’s a 2001 e46) the cowl was crummy, all the rubber turning into plastic and flaking off. Quick 1 hour job to change out the old cowl. Had to wrestle a bit with the wipers (wiggle it sideways while pulling up) but it’ll come out eventually. Car looks new now, except for the dings, scratches, and peeling clear coat on my hood :-)
