So far after putting this gasket on my dads E70 X5 everything seems to be fine even after about 10k miles now.

Perfect replacement. Fixed my oil leak which was causing smoke to come from the passenger side of the engine bay. I ended up just replacing the gasket in my 2013 F30 N55 and kept the old valve cover as it seemed to still be in good shape. The job was brutal but definitely worth it to DIY due to the crazy cost BMW charges. I definitely would not consider myself a good mechanic and i was able to just follow YouTube videos to get me through it. It did end up taking me about 8hrs to do the whole job and i also replaced the spark plugs while I was there.

Nice quality gasket set. Replaced the valve cover gasket when i replaced my valvetronic motor and I havent had any leaks in the last 10k miles. Shipped quick & arrived in perfect condition.

Took a while to replace the VCG but after it was all said and done, no more oil leaks over the hot cat producing a nasty smell in the cabin!

I had a small leak near my downpipe which is very common in most N55's. I was able to swap this out and now I have no more leaks! It was embarrassing having a little bit of smoke come from your hood due to the small oil drip. Now that is no more.
