Note that you'll need to re-use four of the metal washers from your existing valve cover set-up, as this kit only includes 11 new ones.

very easy! everything i needed! i would recommend watching an installation video. just to make it go quicker when you do it. the part that took me the longest was getting the old brittle gasket off of the valve cover and cleaning off all the crap it left behind on the valve block. and not dropping any old brittle gasket pieces into the engine

seems to be holding up so far. worst part of the whole thing was getting the old gasket out of the valve cover.

Great fit - includes all new valve cover bolt gaskets. Highly recommend replacing your M54 valve cover gaskets and your oil filter housing (flange) gasket at the 100K mark - mine started leaking at 105K and original gaskets were very brittle. Indicator of valve cover gasket leaking is oil smell inside of car (drips down on top of exhaust manifold shield); indicator of oil filter housing gasket failure is oil leak at front of engine (passenger side) - drips down the power steering pump and then flows backward...Other 100K item to check (and you WILL have to replace it eventually) is the crankcase ventilation valve (CCV), AKA PCV. Replace these items - along with changing your auto tranny filter/fluid and you're good for the next 100K. Great parts at a reasonable price!

This was a perfect fit and relatively easy install.
