OEM gasket. Fixed the leak.
Since I can't edit my review, I just wanted to say that this gasket DID fix the oil leak.

Valve cover gasket was leaking pretty bad so I ordered this and replaced it and everything is great. Genuine part with a genuine fitment.

It's a genuine BMW part. e90 TT was spewing oil down onto the exhaust & intercooler pipe. 10 yrs old, 100,000 miles. I replaced the valve cover gasket. This is a real bare of a job! Much more involved than an e46!!! Still leaking though. So I don't know what went wrong. Still chasing it........
