Recommend Highly
Spend the money to do the repair correctly. don't waste your time with CCVV repair kits for these motors. Fits as it should being a BMW part

Valve cover
Had bought the gasket and cracked the valve cover removing it, brittle due to constant heating. Order valve cover kit and came with everything ready to install, should have done this first.

Great company and great resources!
Not much to say about the part, as it's genuine BMW, so of course it fits, and has all the bolts and gaskets. If you need to repair a failing CCV valve (whistling, rough idle), this will do the trick. What I do want to review however, is what an amazing company FCP is. From the Lifetime Replacement, to the helpful staff, and the prompt shipping, they are a pleasure to deal with. The icing for me was the video they posted around this repair. After watching it, I dove into the repair feeling like I'd already done it before, which increased my confidence and decreased the time required to complete the job. As we all know, time is our most precious commodity, so that benefit alone was massive! Thanks again, FCP Euro. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs German parts. As a guy with 2 BMWs, and a Porsche, they're invaluable.

Need to change this if you have a bad CCV
If your car has a whistling noise coming up from the engine and also smoking sometimes from exhaust, also if you can't open oil cap while engine is running you need to change the valve cover cause probably your CCV is bad!

2011 BMW 328i Xdrive Valve Cover
I bought the BMW Valve Cover for professional installation. Like me, my trusted mechanic was very impressed with the pricing for a Genuine BMW part and that it was ready for installation with all fasteners included. My only suggestion is that FCP Euro recommend customers also purchase the spark plug tube seals as they are easy to install during the valve cover installation. Thanks again for a genuine part at a competitive price!

Plastic
Another head scratcher from our favorite German auto maker. Plastic valve cover? I needed a valve cover gasket, but when I got my valve cover removed and noted how much gunk and grime there was, I decided to replace the whole cover instead of trying to clean the old one. If you're over 100,000 miles and have a leaking valve cover gasket - do yourself a favor and just buy a new cover. Comes with gasket kit - does not come with the single use spark plug sleeves, so be sure to order those as well.

Genuine BMW valve cover comes with gasket and mounting bolts except the three bolts under the valvetronic motor. I am very pleased with everything I have ordered from FCP euro . I ordered the 2 day shipping and even during the holidays they got it out the same day and received it as expected . Quality parts fast at a good price . Will definitely buy from again.

Perfect fit for an E-90 N51 PK53 engine
Perfect fit. Comes with ALL the gaskets and the bolts on the valve cover except the following. DOES NOT come with the following. No spark plug tubes were included Two aluminum torx bolts on the valve cover underneath the secondary air wasn't included Center hole 10mm bolt wasn't included either. Also note that the tightening torque for these are 8.6 N-M and its written on the cover. My cheapo Horrible Freight 3/8" torque wrench not the 1/4" torque wrench clicked at the right torque and I tore one of the bolts. Had to undo the whole valve cover and luckily remove it with pliers. Make sure you are careful with your tightening torques. If you hear the bolts squeak it's already almost too late.
