Ordered this kit for my ‘87 325iC. I confirmed using the vehicle fitment menu, but the water pump I received is for the updated M20 starting as 1988 models. Stupid me didn’t notice this until I was putting the coolant hoses back on after completing the timing belt and water pump replacement. Don’t make my mistake and assume! The kit is fine, but FCP should update its fitment guide.

Good kit but missing an important piece
Nice kit that is mostly complete but like other reviews have stated it really should come with part number 11121265087 which is the o ring for the cam seal. They provide the seal itself, just not the o ring which is odd. Do yourself a favor and order the o ring, I reused mine (which is 30 years old) because I needed to get everything back together but I’m going to replace it soon because I’m sure it will leak.
Other than that it’s a good kit, be sure to pick up a good gasket scraper because the water pump gaskets really like to stick to the block. I scraped mine off with a Matco scraper and was happy with it.

This kit should really include the camshaft oring 11121265087 to complement the included camshaft seal.
