4 stars because this replaces thru warranty another Wahler bought and installed in 2018 ,'03 e46 325XI , the old one had a hairline crack I discovered upon routine inspection. These usually last 10-12 yrs,....(my experience).lets see how long this lasts,,,,Same excat brand as my old thermostat only BMW logo is scratched off...

Will be using in the future , as the upper hose seem to be the problem with the antifreeze leak.

Working fine. I have seen reviews on how this part fails. Not an easy installation due to the tight spaces. But no problems and heat is working again.
