The kit obviously includes the parts for the front struts to be swapped. I saw that the kit also contains whats necessary to replace the rear shock absorbers as well. I want to make sure that it indeed includes the parts for rear shock replacement since the fitment notes don't include the rear section as opposed to the front.

Yes. This includes everything need for the front and rear suspension to replace shocks.
