Works wonders on my N54 E90 335i with upgraded turbos. Plugs are 2-step colder for the N54 engine and are a direct drop in replacement only requiring you to gap them. For N54 recommended gap is 0.020" or 0.018" for higher boost.

A step colder goes well with increased boost pressure.

Replaced my stock Bosch plugs with these. Running a light MHD tune works great with these.

These are two step colder plugs for my e70 X5M with the S63 engine. Works very well.
If you are flashed tuned, use these. If you are stock or JB stage 1 then you are probably better off using NGK 95770

X1 was due for spark plugs, i went with ngk because i've never had a bad experience with them. i checked gaps, all were perfectly gaped out of box. x1 runs smoother and is more responsive.
