NGK is the way to go, hands down. Sparkplug is pre-gapped already. Install ready to go.

These worked perfectly for my 2014 BMW 328XI, pre-gapped so all you have to do is just install.

Great plugs, they are all that I run in my full bolt on stage 2+ tuned 335i. Gap them to 0.020" for best results if you are above stock power
