Question Posted by a customer
I bought a 14mm 12 point 3/8th drive deep socket to change my old sparks but whenever I try to take the spark plug out of the cylinder I cannot get a grip or rather socket into the spark plug? Any idea why? Can you please link me to a socket that will fit f30 328i spark plug? Thanks.

It sounds like you probably just bought a standard 3/8" drive 14mm 12 point socket. If this is the case, a traditional 14mm 12 point socket is going to be too thick to reach into the cylinder head where the spark plug is located. A specialized thin wall 14mm 12 point socket such as CTA-2376 is required for removing these spark plugs.

Would I need to gap these on my F30 328i xdrive?
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
No. This is the OE plug and the gap is preset.

Is this spark plug pre-gapped for 2013 BMW 750ix?
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
Yes. This is the OE plug and there is no reason to adjust the gap.

Do they need anti-seize before they go in?
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
No, do not use anti seize when installing these spark plugs. This is the advice from both NGK and BMW regarding any plated spark plug.
