These Shock mounts are just what the doctor ordered for my E46, great ride and they fit perfectly, feels better than the originals and make no noise whatsoever like the original ones do after a while. Very pleased..

I put this mount in my 95 M//3. Seems very solid been in there for a year & no prolems at all. I have Koni Sports & H&R springs, they seem to work well with the lowering & hard cornering. Recomend highly.
