I was surprised to find a *large* crack in the plastic upper hose connecting pipe on my radiator on my '06 330i. If you're starting to get the 'coolant level low' warning, It's time to grab all of the hoses and the radiator. You might also want the pump and the thermostat if yours hasn't been replaced. This fit just right, it's an easy job!

My original radiator sprung a leak in a thin-walled section of the plastic end tanks after at least 10 years on my E90 330i, so I had no issues ordering a replacement with the expectation that it would probably last the rest of the life of the vehicle. Unfortunately I didn't even make the year mark, as this new radiator sprung a minor leak at around the 10-11 month mark at the junction between the aluminum bulk and the plastic expansion tanks. If I were richer, I'd have gone for the CSF upgraded radiator and gotten plastic out of the picture entirely, as both times I've had issues with this design it's been due to the plastic end tanks. The fit and finish is great though, and here's hoping the next one isn't defective. FCP replacement policy rules in situations like this.

Had some issue having it delivered with Fed Ex on time. FCP gave me credit for the shipping charge. Radiator works great no issues.

Great product! Arrived with some of the fins dented but nothing major and after a week there have been zero issues.
Take your time installing it. The figment is OEM-like, you just have to work to get it there. And for the T25 you install thru the radiator fan, remember that you are tapping the screw hole in the radiator for the first time.

VERY happy with the Mahle/BEHR replacement item - for $150 I felt this was a bargain - the replacement took me all of thirty minutes, and the replacement part fit perfectly. Car has ~130k, would recommend replacing it over 120k anyway, just bc the plastic gets brittle with age and heat cycles.

Great price, great fit, shipped super fast and was well-packaged. Just remember that this radiator has a new-style drain plug that is not like the old blue screw-in one that is on the original BMW radiator. I say "just remember" so that you don't give yourself a heart attack when you go to look at your handiwork after putting everything back together and getting ready to fill and bleed the system and notice that there's no external plug in this new radiator and your old plug does not fit. Chill...you're in fact all set. :-)

Fixing an eleven year old broken radiator vent hose quickly turned into breaking the upper hose and cracking my radiator just trying to do a disassemble. Exact OEM fitment and arrived quickly (paid for two day) and was well packed and secure. Actually my daughter is still playing with the box it was shipped in. BONUS!
I am now shopping for a water pump and t-stat to finish the whole cooling system. Thanks FCP Euro!

My original radiator had a neck crack during change of a hose. This unit fit like a glove and gets rid of BMW's stupid 2-piece drain plug in favor of a single-piece!
