Fits perfect in my 2011 E90. Make sure to purchase aluminum bolts replacement kit for the pan itself and gasket near the oil level sensor.

BMW 525xi E60 Oil Pan Gasket
Gasket fit perfectly besides seeming to have too many holes. I counted 29 holes in the gasket and counted only 28 bolts after installing. This could be an error on my part but multiple people counted multiple times and still only came up with 28. Like I said not a knock on the gasket but something is off...
