Fit right in after replacing the worn OEM one. The screws it came with were threaded differently, but there wasn't any issue using them.

Tracking down the final leak on my E53 X5 3.0i led me to the oil pan gasket. For a $12 part, the amount of work to get to it is huge, but I am glad to not have a lake of oil building up on the stiffening plate now.
