I've always use this when I change my own oil since I like the convenience of having everything included. I noticed that they burn less than the Castrol Oil too for my high mileage turbo vehicle (above 120k miles).

Kit has everything you need
The oil kit has all the correct gaskets that make the change a piece of cake. No worries on anything failing with is a relief when it comes to a BMW and oil.
