I have always been a big fan of liquimoly, and let me tell you this stuff is THIC. I definitely feel safer running the 40, as stock n54 turbos are known to wear out when pushing over stock boost.

BMW Oil Change Kit 5W-40 - Liqui Moly
Arrived very quickly and installed with ease. This kit is excellent and high quality. My engine is running much smoother and crisper versus the previous Castrol Oil I was using. I will be purchasing again when it comes time to change the oil on my E92 328i X Coupe!!!

The right amount of oil and the right filter at a good price with a lifetime warranty. Why buy anywhere else?
