bought them just for the pin insert. The ones on my car were missing for some odd reason. Caused the car to shift when using the bmw jack without them in so had to buy the pads to get the pins.

I don't know where the original jack pad went, (perhaps it fell off while driving). Either way, this new one fit perfectly and now allows me to jack up the car without damaging the body,

Simple snap on install with a push pin to hold the jack pad in place. Allows the car to be lifted without damaging your side skirts. My car was missing the front two, has been helpful. Very sturdy.
