Ignition coils
Well its been almost a year and a half since I purchased and replaced the ignition coils on my 328i and was wondering how the warranty works. Because I'd like to change them out again ASAP. Or do I need to just buy another set.

2013 F10 N55 100800k
Got the car with 62k on it just hit a 100k vehicle was stalling and a rough idle and shutting off at times. Automatically thought it was spark plugs ( no check engine light ) replaced with ngk iridium and got a rough idle and all kinds of codes and misfires. Took them out and put bosch and still got codes and misfires, replaced coils with these babies ...no check engine light no codes..but car is still stalling and shutting down intermittently...starts after about 20 min.

Coils are coils
Good price for OEM replacement, but I did get one dud that caused lots of misfires. FCP customer service was great though and sent out a replacement at no charge.

Delphi Ingnition Coil
I have a 2006 N52 engine and these coils were NOT a direct fit for me; there is a slot in the connector that a guide in the coil slides into, and on my car, this slot is off-set. These Delphi coils have the guide in the middle while the Bosch coils are off-set. I managed to make them fit, but it was tricky because if the clip doesn't lock down completely, it will misfire. All six were changed along with NGK plugs, and the performance improvement is significant and increased fuel economy noticeable.

Drop in Fix with Metal Shield
Unlike lesser quality coils, these have a metal shield surrounding the high-voltage end that sits in the hot tube in the valve cover. Fixes right up an N52 that skips under load.

N55 Coils
Started having misfire issues on my 2015 BMW 435i. Car only had about 58k miles and the plugs were change about 15k ago. Couldn't understand what was wrong. Drove the car all day Saturday in the hot Miami heat. Went out next day on Sunday morning and the car felt like it was running on only 4-5 cylinders. Hooked up the code reader and it was showing a misfire fault in cylinder 6. Swapped the coil to cylinder 1 and the issue followed. Bad coil. I couldn't believe it. In 20 years of running asian makes I never had a coil go bad. Anyway FCP Euro had all 6 coils for about $150. I think I got free shipping with this order. Order was delivered in 3-4 days. Pretty fast IMO. Swapped all coils and car is running great. Not only did FCP Euro have the updated coils, they were at a great price with fast shipping. Can't say enough about their service and quality.
