Perfect Hood Strut Replacement

Tuff Support Hood Strut worked perfectly as a replacement strut. Easy to install, but can get a little messy. Be sure to have a stick to prop the hood up, this will help with the installation of the new strut. Tip: After removing the old hood strut, install the bottom of the strut first, then the top will be a cinch.

Great gas lift pressure, perfect fit, and easy installation

Perfect fit. Installation on BMW E60 530i (N52) is a breeze. The strut doesn't come with specific instructions but you can find it on youtube. The gas lift pressure is better than the original strut (genuine BMW/Stabilus).
