Cable was shipped quickly and was an exact fit. This is the front cable. If you are replacing the cable from inside lever to front latch, note the need for both front cable and rear cable. Unfortunately I only ordered the front cable, and after arrival realized we also needed the rear cable which we found locally. But it did delay me finishing my repair by a few days. My mistake, FCP EURO did their job very well and the part was a perfect fit. Thank you.

now the hood opens as expected
