Yes, the kit includes the transmission oil pan/filter assembly, and the gasket is included with that ZF pan assembly. Since your 2015 BMW 420d is a non-US model, confirm by VIN that your car has the ZF 8HP transmission and that the pan OE number 24118612901 and fluid spec ZF Lifeguard 8 / BMW ATF 3+ match your vehicle before ordering as we cannot provide direct support for non-US vehicles.

We cannot verify or confirm fitment on a Supra. While we may, in the future, add coverage for the cross-platform Supra, it is not something that will happen in the immediate future.

The service interval for the 8HP is about the 50000-75000 mile interval (80KM-120KM). If it has not been done yet, then yes, you should do it now.
