My car has 147k miles, never had transmission flushed. I started to have rough shifts from 2nd to 1st. I don’t believe in lifetime fill that bmw states, ZF recommends every 60k. I know some say over 100k is a risk to flush, it’s a myth, unless your already had transmission on the last leg.
