Upgrade to the old Index 7s that were in the car
Had a couple leaky injectors that needed replacing. Bought a set of these Index 12s. These did the trick and were easily programmable.

Solved my Sputtering Issues
Comes with the small injector seal so no need to buy a separate one. I bought my car with five index-12's and the remaining index-11 kept fouling the plug. Swapped it with an Index-12, calibrated them all, and the car has been running great since with no surging on heavy-load acceleration.
