Can you use an E34 M5 Clutch with this flywheel?

Yes, an E34 M5 clutch can be used but the dowel pin holes on the pressure plate of the E35 M5 clutch kit will need to be enlarged to fit this flywheel. This would not be compatible with a Getrag transmission due to clearance on the bell housing.
