Great Fan Clutch tool set from FCPEuro. Made the mistake of purchasing one from e-bay that was of inferior materials and actually bent when I tried to use it.

Great tool! Very good quality. Every E30 owner should have one.
One of those must have BMW E30 tools. I know you might can rig up something that will do the job..but why bother and risk damaging the radiator?

Worked like a charm! Also very useful to get the fan clutch back on. Use the open end wrench to turn the fan clutch nut as you hold the fan stationary in place. Much better than trying to thread the fan on by spinning the fan with two hands.

If you're performing fan clutch removal by yourself, this tool may require slight bending of the bracket that grabs the fan pulley screws. The set is well made.

Great product and the quality was above what I expected since these tools had a nickel plated finish for easy cleanup. Perfect for the BMW e46 1999-2005 years with M54 engine and Automatic transmission. Fan clutch assembly is really tight and this tool helps remove the fan a lot easier that using a 32mm open end wrench. 5 Stars!!!!!

for some reason, my 32mm wrench would not take the clutch motor out like I've done with many others.. ordered the tool, took 5 min if that..
