Perfect fit and does include the four flange nuts. No need to purchase the flange nuts separately.

At 165K miles, it was definitely time to replace these. Too bad it had to take out my fan and radiator for me to replace these. Don't let this happen to you.

Had a customer that had problems with the expansion tank rubbing on the power steering pulley. Advised him that we need to replace the motor mounts due to them being worn. Ordered the mounts and everything worked great.
