I was getting 2EE3 error code. Fixed with this part. Easy to install (If you have a long 22 mm socket)

Not too sure I got a good one....
Replaced this sensor only because it was part of a kit. I'm seeing 40 degree temp swings via OBDFusion app while running at speed. The old sensor didn't do that......strange....

Glad I replaced it. My BMW has 140k miles. Not showing any problems or errors, but it's never been replaced. The old sensor was worn and coated in coolant. Probably not giving exact temp readings.

An important part that is often overlooked. Proper temperature control is critically important for any engine. When I removed my factory temperature sensor, it had a thick buildup on the sensor -- a clear indication that it needs to be replaced. This OE part fits well and is an inexpensive replacement. FCP Euro's quick delivery and excellent customer service made my DIY experience great.
