Part seems to be working properly. Changed sensor as a preventative measure while changing 328i valve cover. Little tricky getting sensor out. Be careful and initialize sensor before starting car engine.

The sensor works great, the motor its smoother now and the gas consumption its better and lower!!!

Replaced when I did my valve cover gasket just in case. It was a exact match to the original and works great plus that lifetime warranty now.

Definitely get this part if you're replacing your valve cover and/or gasket. It'll save you a headache down the road. Installs easy (assuming you've got another reason to remove the valve cover - which is not easy).

While I was replacing my valve cover I decided to replace my Eccentric Shaft Sensor because it had been filled with some oil from a previous oil leak I had. So far my car is running way smoother than it used to run.

Perfect fit- no issues during installation. Difficult to get to however
