Product was a perfect replacement for the old OEM pulleys, and cleared up the bearing noise I had from the old one.

The roller seems to be fine but it was not the correct pulley for the mechanical tensioner I have. It did not specify and I should have asked but I was in a hurry. I'm almost positive this is for the updated hydraulic tensioner.

My tensioner pully was shaking around a lot so I ordered this before it started making noise. #8 hex key and the old one came right off. After replacing, there was no more shaking around.

Nothing is better than having quality OEM parts to replace defective/problematic ones. I was getting a slight squeak under the hood and I like my vehicle running silent. Because my E53 has accumulated a little more than a decade, I replaced the pulleys, belt tensioner, water pump, the water pump pulley and the serpentine belt. The noise is gone and she runs link a champ!

I've been using INA tensioners during my 17 yrs of ownership of my e46. This is my 3rd one in 200K miles. (first one thru FCP) They're pretty good and low priced.
