Great fit and great value
I love that this kit comes with new hardware. Everything fit as it should and the tensioner is branded the same as the OE unit.

Great part, leave the pin in when you install it, then remove after belt goes on.
Part fit my 2013 X1 S28 perfectly, and thanks for the excellent video! My only advice is that mine came with a pin in it holding the tensioner at minimum tension. LEAVE IT IN when you install, and then remove it once you get the belt around it. It saved me from having to hold tension while also fitting the belt. Otherwise, I love FCP Euro, you guys have been around a long time, through a lot of cars, and have always provided excellent service!

Easy Installation
The installation of my 2016 X3 F25 went smoothly, thanks to FCP Euro's N20 engine tutorial on YouTube!

Drive Belt and Tensioner Kit
This item worked great so far after two weeks of install I have no issues. I watched the Youtube Video on the channel and I purchased the OEM part and saved so much money. I was quoted $380 at the dealership for labor and BMW parts. This job took me 40 minutes to complete. The biggest recomendation is to purchase a breaker bar of at least 30 inches and 3 inch extensions to allow proper rotation. If you do not purchase a breaker bar this job will require two people because I tested a ratchet on the tensioner and I know I exerted over 90 pounds of pressure to move it with one arm after removing the locking pin. The big with using a breaker bar is I did not even break a sweat or apply over 15 pounds of force to move it. Parts Work amazing ! Videos are Amazing ! The Website is Great ! Shipping improved with a second warehouse !

Defective Part
They refused to make replacement easy, and you have been warned. I was totally disappointed in the customer service and their unwilling to try work with to send out replacement quickly so it forces me to find new supplier that can work with mechanic and my given timeframe. It came in defective and the bearings were making tons of noises. They recommended me to get new belt tensioner and I told them that it should be under the warranty for replacement. I shared the text message that it was suggested manufacturer defective and refused to do replacement. I was expecting another parts to come in Tuesday and I wanted them to come all in the same day since time is valuable and cannot be wasted!

Drive Belt Kit R&R
Matches perfectly, fit on perfectly, same with belt. BE CAREFUL!!! Certain N20B20 engines like in my X1 2014 xdrive28i have TWO BELTS! There is one belt which extends from the front of the main pulley, to the power steering on the left side. THIS HAS TO BE REMOVED before being able to replace the serpentine belt. Most N20's do not have this belt, mine did, and it caused me a bit of grief since you need a special expander tool to get it off. All-in-all, good product, works great, but always check for that second belt before purchasing, and mitigate any surprises.

N20 E84 Serpentine Belt and Tensioner
Great fit, well manufactured part, as the video states, its the same manufacturer that the original engine was supplied with.

2015 BMW 328i XDrive
A few days ago my computer alerted me to a Charging Malfunction. I believed it to be the battery so I swapped the battery out. Lo and behold, it was not the battery. So I took a look at the serpentine belt. It looked okay for the mileage on it and did not feel loose. So through the process of elimination, the determination was made that my original Denso was bad. I removed the belt, pulley and alternator. I inspected everything thoroughly. The belt certainly looked like it could be replaced. I spun the pulley on the alternator and it chirped. My charging problem was then diagnosed. Nevertheless, I knew alternators were not cheap. I searched online everywhere for a good price. I did happen to find a better price online than FCP but the warranty was crap. So for a few bucks more, I bought this alternator from FCP. Comes with it, a lifetime warranty. I also decided to buy the pulley and belt kit only because my rule of thumb is never put new on old. As such, I now have a new belt (Continental), New Pulley (INA-Schaeffler), New Alternator (Denso) and New Battery (Duralast Platinum H8-AGM). I went through all the wiring, fuses and connections, as well, with dielectric grease and familiarized myself with the wiring system on this vehicle. My Charging System has never been so good on this vehicle. Runs and Sounds Better. Thanks FCP for another worry free fine purchase. Everything I buy from here works out the way its supposed to and I am glad FCP is in business. *****FIVE STARS*****

Can't complain
Does its job, though not sure how well in comparison to OEM BMW. Several owners recommend replacing these sooner than BMW belt drive assemblies.
