It's compatible with the m54 engine. Specifically used for the vanos oil line. It comes in the oil filter housing gasket kit. It isn't the same part number but it's compatible. Only difference is that they are copper washers.

Reinz Oil drain seal, keeping things dry!
I utilize these every time I do an oil change on our beloved X-tank (BMW X5) price is great and the copper washer is wide not like other cheap thin versions. They do the job in keeping the pan sealed and keeping the engine oil from making a mess in the under skid plate. I recommend these for the price and for the reliability.
